Erasmus+ Information Session was held at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies
According to the proposal of the National Coordinating Unit of the European Union’s Technical Assistance Programme in Uzbekistan (NCU) under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (NCU) the Erasmus+ Information Session was held at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies on 26 May 2017. EU Delegation to Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Higher and secondary Specialised Education participated in organisation of the seminar. During the seminar governmental bodies (ministries, state committees, agencies and centres) were informed on cooperation opportunities in the framework of Erasmus+ “Capacity Building in Higher Education” projects.
Welcoming speeches to the seminar participants were addressed by the Head of EU Delegation to Uzbekistan HE Ambassador Eduards Stiprais, NCU Director Mr Jamshed Sharipov and HSMC Director Prof. Uzokboy Begimkulov. The representatives of on-going projects delivered presentations on specific cases of involvement of MHSSE, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources, AST in on-going Erasmus+ projects.
