Bukhara State University is taking part in “TALENT - Establishing Master Programmes in HRM and Talent Development in Central Asia” project of the Erasmus+ program in cooperation with a number of leading universities in Europe and Central Asia (partner from Uzbekistan is Westminster International University in Tashkent).
The main aim of the project is to organize a 2-year master's program on the basis of 8 main modules. The coronavirus pandemic has forced changes to project plans, but activities are continuing online.
On 9th April, an online meeting between the working groups of Bukhara State University and the project coordinator – Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Belgium (138th in the Times-2020 ranking, 195th in the QS-2020 ranking) was organised. In addition to discussion of the prevention of the negative impact of the current situation on project plans, the dialogue also enabled the ideas on further expansion of the scope of cooperation, in particular, the organization of online lectures by VUB professors. It was also agreed that the parties will participate remotely in scientific conferences.
