TAM seminar on Doctoral studies organisation

The first day of the seminar was held at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies (TUIT) on 28 September 2017. The seminar was attended by above 30 participants representing Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialised Education, Supreme Attestation Commission, State Committee on Science and Technology, doctorate students of TUIT and the National Team of Higher Education Reform Experts. Welcoming speeches to the round table participants were addressed by the Head of Political, Press and Information Section of EU Delegation to Uzbekistan Mr. Radoslaw Darski and deputy Head of Department of MHSSE Mr. Mukhsin Kalhmukhamedov

The second day of the seminar continued in the premises of Tashkent Financial Institute on 29 September 2017. Over 70 participants benefited the live seminar, full of interactive presentations and discussions.

During the two-day event Dr. Peter Jonsson, research coordinator, Malmo University, Sweden delivered presentations on the organisation of doctoral studies sharing with EU and Sweden experiences.
